задачи
- Provide pre-sales technical support for sales and marketing efforts;
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential prospects;
- Conduct meetings with end customers to analyze security challenges and design appropriate solutions;
- Address technical inquiries, share best practices, and manage Proof-of-Concepts;
- Respond to RFI and RFP requests;
- Educate account managers and customers on the latest security technologies;
- Participate in cyber security events.
требования
- 5+ Years of engineering and pre-sales experience;
- Proven track record of successful market wins;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Solid understanding of typical customer networks;
- Ability to design end-to-end security solutions for customer environments;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Fluent English;
- Nice to have: Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, CCSA, or CCSE.
