• Develop and maintain tools for Global Security to deliver vulnerability management platforms for application triaging and continuous compliance;
• Ensure the platform is compliant with industry security standards such as ISO27001, C5, and SOC2;
• Integrate security into every stage of the platform lifecycle;
• Mitigate security threats proactively;
• Optimize system scalability and cost efficiency;
• Develop, monitor, and maintain Kubernetes clusters across multiple continents;
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines;
• Ensure high availability for all services;
• Resolve urgent issues and optimize performance;
• Support team members in their daily work.

• At least 5 years of experience in security;
• Extensive experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and their security;
• Proficiency in maintaining and developing policies for security-focused CNI/Service Mesh (e.g., Calico, Cilium);
• Experience in scanning and managing vulnerabilities at scale;
• Experience with Hashicorp Vault;
• Proficiency in Terraform and popular CI/CD tools;
• Experience in building scalable and secure production HA environments using AWS;
• Knowledge of network security services such as AWS WAF or Cloudflare;
• Ability to develop tools or scripts in Bash or Go for automation;
• English proficiency (spoken and written, min. B2 level);
• Ability to influence others regarding security best practices;
• Nice to have: Experience in communicating security requirements to diverse stakeholders.
