• Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM), including user lifecycle, SSO, MFA, and access governance;
• Maintain and improve endpoint, network, and cloud security;
• Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and coordinate remediation;
• Support compliance with security policies and best practices;
• Identify opportunities to automate IT and security processes using scripting and AI tools;
• Provide guidance and practical security support to colleagues across different teams;
• Improve security processes and contribute new ideas and initiatives;
• Maintain documentation and build a security-first culture.

• 3+ Years of experience in IT Security, IAM, DevSecOps, or a similar role;
• Strong understanding of IAM, SSO, MFA, endpoint, network, and cloud security;
• Experience with security monitoring and incident response;
• Proficiency in scripting or automation using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar;
• Knowledge of GDPR and security best practices;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues;
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Nice to have: Experience with AI tools and automation.
