• Act as the lead technical authority in client discovery meetings, identifying security risks, maturity gaps, and business drivers;
• Design security services where standard offerings do not fit;
• Define solution architecture, scope, delivery models, and effort estimates for proposals;
• Present and defend solutions to CISOs, CIOs, and executive stakeholders;
• Support Delivery Managers with RFP responses and complex bids;
• Generate demand through workshops, briefings, and advisory sessions with security leaders;
• Feed market and client insights into the service portfolio and roadmap;
• Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, webinars, and industry events.

• At least 5 years of cybersecurity experience, including 2+ years in a client-facing role such as pre-sales, security architecture, or security consulting;
• Broad knowledge of security operations, offensive security, cloud security, identity, incident response, governance, and compliance;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with senior stakeholders;
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, DORA, NIS2, and PCI DSS;
• English at Upper-Intermediate+ level or above;
• Nice to have: CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, Microsoft SC-100 or equivalent; Russian or Arabic; experience with financial services clients.
