• Use AI assistants to triage alerts, search logs, and summarize issues before escalation
• Follow runbooks; open, track, and escalate incidents with clear evidence
• Check stuck deposits and withdrawals, failed bet settlements, and provider downtime; act according to runbooks
• Enable or disable games, providers, or payment methods according to runbooks and approval
• Inform Support and CRM teams during incidents
• Prepare shift handover reports drafted by AI and checked by you
• Suggest improvements to runbooks and alerts

• At least 1 year of support or NOC experience
• Comfortable using dashboards, logs, and basic SQL
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini daily for log reading, summaries, and reports; check AI output before acting
• Understand AI safety basics: do not enter secrets or player data into public AI tools and follow approval steps
• Write clearly in English and stay calm under pressure
• Available for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
