The company provides IT services and consulting, including solutions for the consumer goods and food and beverage manufacturing industries.

• Administer SAP Signavio, including access management, SSO with Azure AD/SAML, and user provisioning;
• Manage Signavio incidents, service requests, and platform changes following ITIL processes;
• Support process mining operations, integrations with Celonis and Snowflake, and automation using SQL and Python.

• 4+ Years of experience in IT operations, platform engineering, application support, or a related field;
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Signavio, ideally in Process Management & Governance (PM&G) and Process Intelligence / Process Insights;
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms, including user management, access control, and platform governance;
• Good knowledge of Azure Active Directory, SSO, SAML, and user provisioning processes;
• Experience managing incidents, service requests, changes, and access requests following ITIL best practices;
• Practical experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM solutions;
• Experience supporting or administering process mining solutions, ideally including Celonis;
• Good working knowledge of SQL and experience with Python;
• Familiarity with Snowflake and modern data integration environments;
• Ability to create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation;
• Nice to have: ITIL v4 Foundation certification, SAP Signavio certification;
• Candidates without substantial SAP Signavio expertise are unlikely to be considered.
