• Support the design, operation, automation, and continuous improvement of the platform ecosystem for a banking client;
• Administer Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes in production environments;
• Manage Linux, container runtimes, cluster networking, ingress/router, DNS, storage, persistent volumes, backup and restore, upgrades, and troubleshooting;
• Implement GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD, GitOps, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, and reusable automation patterns;
• Manage Kubernetes resources, including requests and limits, HPA, VPA, KEDA, node pools, taints and tolerations, affinity rules, quotas, and workload isolation;
• Implement secure platform engineering with RBAC, SCC, network policies, secrets management, cert-manager, mTLS, enterprise PKI, and policy-as-code;
• Integrate OpenShift with F5, Cloudflare, API gateways, enterprise IAM, logging, monitoring, and security controls;
• Build self-service platform capabilities, golden paths, reusable deployment templates, and developer enablement tooling;
• Troubleshoot application, container, cluster, network, and infrastructure layers.

• Proven experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or in a similar role;
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes in enterprise production environments;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and configuration management solutions such as Ansible;
• Strong knowledge of GitOps methodologies and CI/CD platform implementation;
• Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, and security solutions in Kubernetes environments;
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
