• Improve developer experience and engineering productivity by building tools and workflows that simplify software development, testing, and delivery;
• Maintain infrastructure automation with Ansible, Terraform, and Terragrunt;
• Improve the reliability and performance of CI/CD workflows;
• Identify the causes of slow builds, failed pipelines, and flaky tests;
• Develop internal tools, improve test infrastructure, and occasionally work on product features;
• Improve observability across infrastructure and delivery workflows using OpenTelemetry and ELK;
• Leverage AI to improve engineering workflows by building cloud-based agent tools and helping teams adopt effective practices.

• Experience developing and maintaining complex CI/CD workflows;
• Software development experience building internal tools, APIs, backend services, or automation;
• Experience with AWS or another cloud provider;
• Experience with telemetry and monitoring, including OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Kibana;
• Strong Computer Science and System Design fundamentals;
• Willingness to learn and use Ruby and/or Go;
• Nice to have: Experience optimizing CI build times, especially with Jenkins; experience with Docker or Kubernetes; experience with Ruby, Python, or JavaScript; familiarity with build systems such as Webpack or Gradle.
