• Architect and lead complex platform projects from design to deployment;
• Enable engineering teams with robust CI/CD capabilities through reusable patterns, automation, and security-first practices;
• Design scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools;
• Build and optimize cloud-native architectures across multiple cloud providers with cost efficiency in mind;
• Engineer containerized environments with advanced orchestration, networking, and security;
• Deliver internal platforms and self-service capabilities that improve developer experience and reduce friction;
• Implement observability stacks covering metrics, logs, traces, and proactive alerting for reliability;
• Champion security and compliance across infrastructure and delivery pipelines;
• Architect secure, scalable networking solutions for hybrid and cloud environments;
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, scripting, and tooling;
• Lead and mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and influence technical direction;
• Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and plan for capacity at scale;

• Deep expertise in CI/CD, automation, and pipeline architecture;
• Mastery of IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef;
• Strong AWS architecture skills and cost optimization strategies;
• Advanced experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes;
• Proficiency with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry;
• Hands-on experience with access control, encryption, and incident response;
• Solid knowledge of networking protocols, routing, firewalls, and cloud networking;
• Experience integrating and optimizing software delivery ecosystems including Git, Artifactory, and Jenkins;
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, Bash, Go, or similar;
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills;
