The company is building an Agentic Operating System for a critical enterprise function, with AI agents as its core product. It is scaling its platform to support a rapidly expanding enterprise customer base.

• Evolve a critical AWS serverless architecture using Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, and EventBridge to support 10x growth, multi-region high availability, and data residency;
• Own and extend GitHub Actions pipelines and Pulumi infrastructure-as-code for robust, scalable deployment across 45+ engineers;
• Design and implement Datadog dashboards, SLOs, and alerts to identify issues before customers are impacted;
• Write production-grade TypeScript within a shared monorepo, building core tooling and services for product teams;
• Automate toil by building internal tools and workflows that improve developer velocity and experience across the organisation.

• Specialised in platform or developer experience at a cloud-native SaaS company with 50–500 engineers;
• Production coding experience in TypeScript; scripting-only experience with Bash/YAML is not a fit;
• Deep, first-hand experience with AWS serverless, including Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, EventBridge, IAM, and networking;
• Experience refactoring an infrastructure-as-code codebase using Pulumi, CDK, Terraform, or SST;
• Experience building reusable CI/CD workflows, deploy gates, and preview environments;
• Experience building observability systems with dashboards, SLOs, and alerts that reliably page humans.
