• Own and operate Rewire’s internal IT landscape by managing and improving Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, and Defender;
• Be the first line of support for internal employees and resolve issues efficiently;
• Automate internal operations by building self-service solutions, scripting workflows, and permission models that scale;
• Manage end-user hardware by overseeing Windows and macOS devices and hardware inventory across offices;
• Design and enforce best practices within the company’s landscape on topics such as access models, backup and recovery, logging, PIM, and PAM tooling;
• Collaborate with Cloud and Platform Engineers to grow architectural skills by working on shared infrastructure, CI/CD integrations, and AWS-connected systems.

• Degree from a University of Applied Sciences or higher in STEM such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, or other engineering or technical disciplines;
• 1-3 Years of practical experience in IT operations, system engineering, or a similar role, with hands-on experience in the Microsoft ecosystem and managing Windows and macOS devices using tools such as Intune, Jamf, or similar;
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash/Shell, or Linux, with familiarity with cloud concepts, GitLab, and basic CI/CD concepts;
• Understanding of permissions, IAM, SSO, and least-privilege security models, as well as basic knowledge of Terraform, networking concepts, and REST APIs;
• Hands-on, growth mindset to take ownership of work, embrace challenges, and dive confidently into new platform technologies or complex technical problems;
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work in teams, explain technical concepts clearly, and support a positive, inclusive work environment;
• Fluent in English, written and spoken;
• Nice to have: Python.

• Hybrid working model with an expectation to be in the office three days per week.
