• Install, configure, manage, and maintain information security and network protection products, network access control, firewalls and other intelligent security systems, including GoAnywhere, Skybox.
• Implement, monitor, and refine routine information security processes and best practices across the organization.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 (Level B & C) incident response and technical support to IT representatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of corporate systems and data.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the administration, communication, and maintenance of firewalls in an enterprise environment of 500+ users.
• High proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Будет плюсом: Experience with Microsoft ecosystems, including Active Directory and Group Policy; Hands-on experience maintaining and securing systems in a Cloud environment (Azure); Specific knowledge and administration experience with Check Point Firewalls; Familiarity with network communication systems, such as Cisco infrastructure and Proxy solutions; Flexibility and availability for after-hours support or on-call rotations as needed; Prior experience working within a global, multi-national corporate environment; Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team; High aptitude for self-learning and quickly adapting to new technologies; Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment; Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of service awareness and a customer-support mindset
