• Build, develop, and maintain scalable edge infrastructure for deploying models to device fleets
• Own and maintain the model compilation platform, including TensorRT compilation, precision trade-offs, calibration, and engine validation
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Embedded Engineers, and Product Managers to integrate complex features and capabilities
• Implement infrastructure for testing candidate models on production devices and build telemetry pipelines to monitor drift, thermal impact, and inference latency
• Build resilient update mechanisms for low-bandwidth environments, optimize for limited storage, and ensure devices recover gracefully from network failures
• Share expertise, establish best practices in Python tooling, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD, and guide the team toward more robust automation

• Production MLOps experience building and operating model deployment pipelines, with deep experience in CI/CD, containerization, Docker, and Linux systems
• Hands-on experience compiling and optimizing models for embedded hardware; understanding of precision, quantization, and engine validation at scale
• Ability to communicate effectively with researchers and low-level embedded engineers and translate constraints into solutions
• Ability to design architectures that handle failure gracefully and manage deployment risks across 10,000 heterogeneous devices, including canary releases and safe rollbacks
• A proactive approach, initiative, and willingness to fill gaps to help the team succeed
