The team designs, builds, and implements machine learning models for banking fraud detection. It works with various divisions of the ING Group across multiple countries and uses a Scrum framework.
задачи
Optimize code and compute, and perform unit testing
Schedule and distribute code on the data analytics platform
Work with the shared model development codebase
Assist with model development and deployment
Collaborate with data scientists in the squad
Maintain systems
требования
Experience with cloud platforms, including GCP and Azure DevOps
Experience with GitHub, Airflow or Cloud Composer, Spark or DataProc, Terraform, and containerization
Data and software engineering proficiency, with a focus on distributed computing using Spark 3.5+
Familiarity with Clean Coding paradigms and programming experience in Python
Understanding of MLOps and experience with ML model deployment
Familiarity with model development frameworks, including Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, independent work, collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills
English proficiency at B2 level
Будет плюсом: hands-on experience with code and compute optimization, tuning and testing; experience handling large datasets for fraud detection models; a master's degree in computer science, statistics, data science, or a related field; experience with other machine learning frameworks and libraries; relevant certifications; banking experience, particularly with fraud detection systems
