• Manage RDBMS and NoSQL solutions;
• Ensure database performance, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery across environments deployed on bare-metal servers and virtual machines;
• Implement and manage replication chains, partitioning, sharding, and backups;
• Assist development teams with creating, optimizing, and troubleshooting RDBMS and NoSQL solutions;
• Troubleshoot database issues;
• Drive automation using Terraform, Puppet, and custom tooling for infrastructure and database lifecycle management.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Database Administrator;
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field of study;
• Expert-level experience with at least one of MySQL or PostgreSQL;
• Familiarity with other RDBMS or NoSQL solutions;
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including DDL, DML, and DCL;
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms;
• Proficiency in Linux;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: experience in scripting, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Puppet, and Bash/Python; team management experience; familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix.
