• Provide IT support to employees with software and hardware issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, network connectivity, access permissions, and corporate services
• Maintain, configure, and improve internal IT tools and systems
• Manage user access, accounts, and permissions
• Administer Linux servers and services
• Maintain and develop network infrastructure
• Configure and administer VPNs
• Automate routine tasks and repetitive processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation, instructions, and internal guides
• Document solutions, configurations, and processes
• Independently identify root causes and see tasks through to completion

• Hands-on experience with Linux
• Solid understanding of networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls, and basic network administration principles
• Experience configuring and maintaining VPNs
• Experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Basic automation and scripting skills with Bash, Python, or similar tools
• Ability to independently investigate issues and find solutions
• Ability to read technical documentation and learn new technologies
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
• Attention to documentation and processes
• English proficiency at B1 level or above, with the ability to read technical documentation and communicate about work-related matters
