Integration platform engineer

• Ensure the daily operation, maintenance and support activities of the MuleSoft platform;
• Analyze, diagnose and resolve incidents within defined SLAs, including tickets escalated by 2nd-line support teams;
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using logs, monitoring tools and system diagnostics;
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and propose corrective and preventive actions;
• Manage platform capacity and performance, ensuring availability, scalability and efficient use of resources;
• Participate in deployment, release and change management activities in the production environment;
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to optimize recurring operational tasks;
• Create and maintain operational documentation, procedures (SOPs) and knowledge bases;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of services by identifying recurring problems, risks and opportunities for optimization;
• Support critical incidents and service recovery activities;
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure compliance with support processes and procedures;
• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders and suppliers in an international and multicultural context;

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a similar field;
• Between 5 and 7 years of experience in MuleSoft platform operations and administration, with a focus on platform support, maintenance and management;
• Solid experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code;
• Advanced experience with GitHub and version control best practices;
• Solid knowledge of OpenShift and containerized environments;
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, OpenID Connect and API security standards;
• Operational knowledge of AWS and Azure;
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices;
• Experience with pipelines and automation using Argo CD / CI/CD;
• Extensive experience in incident management, troubleshooting and problem analysis in production environments;
• Ability to produce high-quality technical and operational documentation;
• Experience automating operational tasks through scripting;
• Strong focus on service reliability, stability and continuous improvement;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience in international and multicultural environments;
• Good knowledge of English - B2 or higher;
