XM is a financial services company providing online trading and investment services to global clients.

• Administer and manage WAF and Bot Management systems;
• Perform system hardening and ensure secure data handling during transmission, storage, and processing;
• Implement and manage access controls, including Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions;
• Review and enforce application control policies to ensure software usage complies with security standards;
• Review security violations and recommend procedures to prevent recurrence;
• Provide support to end users on security-related issues;
• Participate in incident management.

• BSc/MSc in information security or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Security, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Akamai security products;
• Practical experience with Akamai WAF, BMP, and related tools;
• Strong security expertise in Windows, Linux, virtualization environments, and databases;
• Familiarity with access control mechanisms such as PAM;
• Experience in implementing and managing application control policies;
• Solid understanding of networking and communication protocols like TCP/IP, UDP, SSL/TLS, HTTP, and HTTPS;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving security challenges;
• Nice to have: Akamai certifications or completed courses, experience with AWS Cloud Security.
