Information Security Analyst

point of contact for all internal, external and customer audits and compliance related topics, with Axway customers.

Location: Axway Sofia

Employees work in a hybrid mode 2 days per week in the office

• Understanding, applying and deploying the 74Software Information Security Policies within Axway;
• Controlling that Axway teams apply the 74Software Security policies through internal audits and monitoring the corrective and preventive action plans;
• Coordinating all audits and inspections performed by clients and/or regulatory agencies interacting with outside auditors and inspectors, as necessary;
• Engaging in on-going communication with our clients’ security and compliance representatives, acting as security and compliance liaison to resolve outstanding compliance issues, to provide audit follow-up, and to ensure customer satisfaction with the firm’s quality systems;
• Acting as in-house counsel to internal stakeholders for security and compliance issues, providing guidance for staff questions, solutions to compliance problems and compliant implementation of processes, systems and services, ensuring an always “audit-ready” capacity;
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all security and compliance regulations and 74Software policies;
• Safeguarding Axway and Axway customer data through compliance with 74Software policies and the appropriate use of Axway equipment and facilities.

• 4 years of experience in a role with direct contact with security and compliance topics;
• Direct experience with ISO 27001/27002 or information security management standards;
• Passion for Security, Information Governance, Risk, and Compliance;
• Passion for customer satisfaction;
• Good understanding of compliance/risk concept;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – Ability to adjust communication style/content to interact with IT and business professionals;
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to prioritize assignments within a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred;
• Completion of training/certification for ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
