SOAX is a proxy infrastructure company operating a geo-distributed, high-load platform written in Go that handles HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5, TCP, and UDP traffic across millions of nodes worldwide.

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents by finding root causes and doing the hands-on work;
• Rebuild infrastructure to be production-grade including monitoring, alerting, deployment pipelines, and disaster recovery;
• Work at the network level by debugging packet flows, optimizing routing, and understanding latency spikes between nodes;
• Automate manual processes by building systems for recurring tasks;
• Drive strategic projects end-to-end by identifying structural issues, proposing solutions, gaining alignment, and taking ownership.

• Demonstrate deep networking fundamentals including subnetting, NAT, routing, DNS, and TLS;
• Bring hands-on bare-metal experience with physical infrastructure;
• Show genuine curiosity for DevOps beyond standard ticket execution;
• Have a proven root-cause habit with concrete examples of finding actual issue sources;
• Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles, or 3-5 years with demonstrated senior-level systems thinking;
• Handle on-call duties and incident response comfortably;
• Communicate effectively in English during live technical conversations;
• Nice to have: Proxy protocols, traffic routing at scale, CDN or edge experience, Self-hosted ClickHouse, Redis, Kafka, MongoDB, Russian language proficiency.
