Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions focuses on vehicle software and operations, mobile online services, IT security, fleet management, sales and after-sales, purchasing and logistics, and product portfolio management within the mobility industry.

• Enable product teams through AWS cloud services, the CI/CD platform, and DevOps best practices;
• Design, build, operate, and continuously improve cloud and CI/CD platforms;
• Apply Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering principles;
• Drive automation, reliability, observability, and operational excellence;
• Collaborate with developers, management, security teams, providers, and customers;
• Define and promote platform standards, guardrails, and best practices;
• Manage and prioritize demands, requirements, and improvement initiatives;
• Contribute to product and service management of the Cloud and CI/CD platforms;
• Take ownership of initiatives and drive them from idea to successful implementation;
• Act as Capability Owner or Deputy for areas such as Security, FinOps, Operations, Technical Enablement, or Service Governance.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures;
• Experience building and operating highly available cloud platforms;
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, with AWS native preferred;
• Experience with GitLab CI, SonarQube, and Artifactory;
• Knowledge of software development and scripting with Python, Bash, and JavaScript/TypeScript;
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability;
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills;
• Ability to manage priorities, requirements, and technical decision-making;
• Strong quality, security, and automation mindset;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Nice to have: ITIL and IT Service Management knowledge, AWS or DevOps certifications, experience leading cross-functional initiatives or projects, coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing mindset.
