• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP;
• Work with a five-engineer R&D team to streamline CI/CD pipelines, reduce build times, and simplify code deployment;
• Collaborate with developers to debug performance bottlenecks, optimize Ruby/Rails environment configurations, and improve system reliability;
• Partner with developers to build, monitor, and optimize infrastructure for running, fine-tuning, and querying AI capabilities;
• Implement and manage logging, alerting, and monitoring tools to ensure high uptime and rapid incident response.

• 4+ Years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles;
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure management;
• Deep proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation;
• Strong expertise with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or ECS;
• Proven experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Ruby on Rails applications;
• Understanding of Bundler, Puma or Passenger, and memory management;
• Nice to have: GCP experience, a background in software development, experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure including vector databases, LLM provider API integrations, local model deployments, and GPU scaling.
