• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines;
• Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters;
• Build and optimize Docker images;
• Create and manage Helm charts;
• Manage deployment processes using ArgoCD with a GitOps approach;
• Securely manage secrets using HashiCorp Vault;
• Manage monitoring and alert systems including Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager;
• Support log collection and analysis platforms such as ELK/EFK;
• Administer Linux servers and perform performance optimization;
• Ensure the security of utilized platforms;
• Investigate infrastructure issues and conduct root cause analysis;
• Cooperate closely with the development team and apply DevOps best practices;
• Create and update technical documentation.

• Have 2-4 years of minimum work experience in DevOps or System Administration;
• Possess good knowledge of Linux operating systems;
• Have practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Work with Git and GitLab CI/CD;
• Demonstrate the ability to work with Helm and Kubernetes manifests;
• Have experience with ArgoCD or other GitOps tools;
• Possess experience with HashiCorp Vault or other Secret Management systems;
• Work with MinIO or other S3-compatible Object Storage platforms;
• Have experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager;
• Possess the ability to work with the ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash/Fluentd, Kibana) platform;
• Demonstrate Bash scripting skills;
• Possess knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Load Balancing, and SSL;
• Have the ability to work with Nginx or HAProxy;
• Understand Git workflow and branching strategies;
• Possess analytical problem-solving skills;
• Have teamwork and communication skills;
• Nice to have: Istio or other Service Mesh technologies experience, automation experience with Ansible, basic knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, experience with Trivy, SonarQube, or other security tools.
