• Lead cloud migration engagements, including strategy, application suitability assessment, planning, sourcing, business case development, and execution coordination in Azure;
• Lead application design changes for cloud suitability and migrations;
• Assess workloads and inventory of on-prem environments with performance metrics and cost estimates;
• Analyze on-prem database servers and define migration paths to Azure Data services;
• Perform total cost of ownership comparisons and identify savings from migration to Azure;
• Document detailed configurations of landing zones for targeted cloud services;
• Act as a cloud migration Subject Matter Expert and technical leader on projects.

• Deep working knowledge of DR and migration strategies on Azure, including Azure Backup and Site Recovery;
• Deep technical experience in infrastructure design, build, and deployment, covering private and public cloud, networking, connectivity, storage, virtualization, and access control;
• Experience with migration readiness and planning tools such as Azure Migrate, Data Migration Assistant, and Azure Site Recovery Planner;
• Experience with migrations from Azure, VMWare, Hyper-V, or physical servers to Azure;
• Experience with Azure subscriptions to CSP partner migrations;
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft CSP program;
• Strong background in CI/CD techniques and experience managing pipelines using Azure DevOps;
• Passion for automating repetitive manual processes.
