CloudFerro S.A. develops cloud technologies utilized by European leaders in science and the space sector, including ESA, EUMETSAT, and ECMWF. The company builds a sovereign European cloud platform based on Kubernetes and open-source technologies, providing an alternative to global hyperscalers.

• Manage K8S cluster lifecycle including provisioning, upgrading, scaling, and decommissioning;
• Implement and maintain tools and solutions supporting platform operations;
• Maintain and develop GitOps pipelines for the platform;
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and integration testing platforms;
• Implement deployment and rollback standards for the platform;
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical platform incidents.

• Experienced DevOps engineer with practical experience operating Kubernetes infrastructure at production scale;
• Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) in production environments;
• Practical experience with Cluster API for cluster lifecycle management;
• Experience with CI/CD, integration tests, and ephemeral environments;
• Proficiency in Go or Python;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible;
• Ability to use AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code as a natural part of daily engineering work;
• Nice to have: Experience with Kubernetes cluster upgrade paths, Harbor, OpenBao, Kamaji, k3s, vCluster, multi-cluster management (Rancher, Gardener), CKA/CKS certification, bare metal Kubernetes, designing GitOps pipelines for multi-tenant platforms, building custom Kubernetes operators, and full release management.
