PROGA is an IT studio that has operated in the market for five years and works with large banks, developers, and Skolkovo IT residents.

• Configure, update, and maintain Linux servers, including systemd, cron, and access management;
• Manage TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, Nginx, HTTPS/SSL, and reverse proxies;
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Configure GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Runner, and automate deployments;
• Maintain monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki;
• Diagnose production incidents, perform backups, and restore systems;
• Maintain infrastructure security and documentation.

• Confidently administer Linux and have production experience;
• Know TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS, SSH, and Nginx;
• Use Docker and Docker Compose in daily work;
• Have practical Kubernetes experience;
• Independently identify root causes across the OS, network, Docker/K8s, and application layers;
• Nice to have: GitLab CI/CD, Prometheus/Grafana/Loki, Bash, automation, backup experience, production security.

• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00–18:00;
• The initial workload is approximately half a day; workload and pay may be reviewed after three months;
• Project-based engagement as a self-employed contractor or individual entrepreneur;
• Clear procedures and training materials;
• No evening emergencies or weekend messages.
