• Designing, building, and operating SaaS services (GitLab, Artifactory, Keycloak, Citus, Superset, etc.)
• Implementing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters
• Implementing functional enhancements and customized solutions based on project requirements within the SaaS ecosystem
• Developing application monitoring solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki or Elasticsearch
• Automating deployments with Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD, or GitLab CI/CD
• Ensuring platform quality by contributing to test automation in collaboration with the Quality team
• Integrating authentication services (LDAP, SAML2, OIDC, Keycloak)
• Standardizing and automating build, test, and deployment processes while meeting the highest quality standards and strict data protection requirements
• Providing technical and technological advice to Product Owner and Software Engineering teams on product and project requirements
• Evaluating new technologies and continuously developing expertise in the relevant area
• Bug fixing, bug tracking, and second- and third-level support in collaboration with other operations departments
• Preparing technical documents

• Successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable field, or completed vocational training in IT, as well as extensive practical experience in the described area of responsibility
• Basic understanding of DevOps principles and interest in implementing them in practice
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
• Basic knowledge of Java, microservice architectures, and API design (REST, messaging)
• Experience with logging (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Splunk) and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager)
• Analytical, service-oriented approach to work
• Fluent spoken and written German, at least at C1 level, for effective communication in a predominantly German-speaking work environment
• Будет плюсом: Professional experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and deploying large software applications is an advantage; Ideally, initial experience with Red Hat OpenShift
