• Operate production AWS workloads;
• Provision, upgrade and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform;
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines through Jenkins, Github Actions and other technology;
• Support the Development and AI Engineering Teams by troubleshooting their issues;
• Build observability through dashboards, alerting and log aggregation;
• Run incident analysis and post mortems;
• Manage ephemeral, development, staging and production environments;
• Help improve CI/CD processes and automate manual processes to create a self-service environment for developers;
• Improve the observability stack to maintain platform uptime SLAs;
• Help implement and maintain security best practices.

• Have a strong foundation in DevOps practices and tools;
• Be eager to learn and pick up new skills quickly and independently;
• Be familiar with Python/Django deployments and troubleshooting;
• Understand Postgres/RDS database operations;
• Be confident asking for help when stuck, ready to provide new ideas, and able to listen and work well with team members;
• Have a good technical background and mindset;
• Be diligent with tasks and deadlines for tickets;
• Be happy to assist colleagues across the organisation in resolving technical issues quickly.
