DevOps engineer in operational support systems

• Translate functional needs into technical designs that can be used across Quanza
• Coordinate with stakeholders from operations, engineering and project teams
• Develop, test and implement solutions in existing infrastructures
• Integrate new modules with monitoring, logging and automation systems
• Write management documentation and user instructions
• Contribute to keeping the OSS platform operational 24/7
• Provide second-line support for complex incidents and changes
• Work on standard management and improvement activities

• You have the drive to build software that has a direct impact on business-critical infrastructures.
• You work in a structured way, enjoy thinking about smart automation and like collaborating with engineers from different disciplines.
• Extensive experience with Linux, Docker, Python and Ansible
• Knowledge of software development, automation and integrations
• Affinity with IT infrastructures and monitoring and management systems
• Analytically strong and accurate
• Communicative and able to engage with various stakeholders
• Eager to learn and willing to keep your knowledge up to date through training and certification
• Able to independently design and deliver solutions
