• Design, build, and automate the maintenance of Linux infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform, Bash, and Python;
• Solve internal customer needs with infrastructure, tooling, and self-service;
• Develop and extend CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins;
• Manage, troubleshoot, and automate hypervisor clusters with XCP-ng;
• Manage monitoring solutions with Prometheus and Grafana and plan strategic alerts;
• Maintain environments, including hardware testing, installation, patches, operating systems, certificates, and firmware;
• Own and manage R&D smart self-service solutions;
• Maintain production and R&D hardware, support the release process, and troubleshoot pipelines;
• Share knowledge within a team of 4–6 people;
• Review pull requests for scripts, playbooks, and manifests to safeguard code quality.

• Strong Linux knowledge;
• Solid network knowledge, including TCP/IP, routing, and proxy;
• Knowledge of information security, including TLS and certificates;
• Knowledge of databases, including backup, restore, troubleshooting, and migration;
• Basic datacenter expertise with firewalls, switches, routers, cabling, and servers;
• Solid understanding of virtualization;
• Strong understanding of Ansible for configuration management;
• Solid understanding of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and Git;
• Experience with container technologies, including images and registries;
• Excellent English language skills and effective communication;
• Nice to have: XCP-ng / XenServer, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, Terraform.
