Leanpay is a fintech product company that enables consumers to pay for products and services in installments through Buy Now Pay Later and digital Point-of-sale Finance solutions. The company operates in Central and South-eastern Europe and provides immediate digital consumer lending without paperwork, bank visits, or credit card onboarding.

• Manage deployments across test, stage, and production environments, ensuring smooth rollouts and minimal downtime;
• Resolve critical production issues quickly, including unplanned hotfixes, to keep the system available;
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability practices to maintain system health and reliability;
• Use Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Sentry to build dashboards and improve incident visibility;
• Manage Cloudflare, including DNS, WAF, rate limiting, caching, and Zero Trust, to protect and speed up public services;
• Collaborate with the Development team to design scalable infrastructure solutions and streamline CI/CD pipelines;
• Maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and ensure consistency across environments;
• Support Kubernetes clusters, Postgres databases, and other critical production services;
• Automate workflows and environment provisioning;
• Use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code to accelerate automation, troubleshooting, and documentation;
• Share knowledge with colleagues and continuously learn about industry trends.

• Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployments in Kubernetes-based environments;
• Solid hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code;
• Understanding of PostgreSQL administration, performance basics, and relational databases;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines;
• Exposure to monitoring and observability stacks such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Sentry, and Grafana;
• Experience with Cloudflare or similar edge/CDN and WAF services;
• Experience with Linux system administration and Docker containerization;
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, with an understanding of their safe use in infrastructure;
• Ability to troubleshoot deployment issues and collaborate effectively with developers;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Motivation to work in a challenging, fast-paced, and modern Fintech environment;
• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field;
• Previous experience outside freelancing/outsourcing is preferred;
• Nice to have: Fintech experience, Python development, Go development, Java development, exposure to Google Cloud Platform or AWS.
