The team works to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of infrastructure and CI/CD environments, supporting stable systems and secure, uninterrupted software delivery.

Provide L3 technical support for complex infrastructure, application environment, and deployment issues; conduct root cause analysis and implement measures to prevent recurrence
Build, manage, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI
Manage and configure Kubernetes and other distributed environments to improve system availability, scalability, and performance
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and routine operations using IaC and scripts
Build and improve monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting systems
Apply and support secure practices for secrets management, access control, configuration management, and service discovery
Improve deployment, rollback, and recovery processes to minimize risks and service interruptions caused by changes
Integrate security and quality checks into software delivery and collaborate with development and security teams
Work with development and platform teams to assess production readiness and test resilience and disaster recovery procedures
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and runbooks, share knowledge, and support the development of engineers’ technical skills
требования
3+ Years of experience in DevOps engineering and production support
Strong knowledge of Linux administration, networking, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI, and Argo CD
Good Bash or Python scripting skills
Understanding of GitOps, secure software delivery, and secrets management
Knowledge of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Capacity Planning, and DevOps practices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive approach to identifying risks and improving processes
Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail
