• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery;
• Ensure adherence to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery best practices and governance standards;
• Develop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort;
• Manage and optimize DevOps platforms and toolchains;
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to streamline software delivery processes;
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve deployment pipelines and platform reliability;
• Promote DevOps culture, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, security, and operational efficiency through automation.

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles;
• Experience implementing automation solutions and CI/CD best practices in enterprise environments;
• Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a similar role;
• Strong knowledge of Git Flow branching strategies and source code management practices;
• Hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines;
• Solid experience with Azure DevOps;
• Strong experience with Jenkins;
• Extensive experience in automation, particularly using Python;
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps methodologies;
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively;
• Strong ownership and results-oriented attitude;
• Nice to have: experience with cloud environments, knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, familiarity with monitoring and observability tools, experience working within Agile environments.
