• Define and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and issues, and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Promote open, transparent, and inclusive communication across all stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment between business needs and technical delivery teams.
• Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring all voices are heard and considered.
• Prepare clear and structured reporting on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Provide visibility to stakeholders and support decision-making processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project governance practices.
• Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies and practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and collaboration.
• Share learnings and best practices across teams.

• Experience managing IT projects in complex and dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Ability to structure problems, analyze situations, and support effective decision-making.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and platforms (e.g. ServiceNow or similar).
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in IT project management (we also welcome candidates with different trajectories who demonstrate relevant skills).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build inclusive working relationships.

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
