DevOps engineer in digital health

• As part of our internationally established Digital Health Excellence Center, you will work with colleagues from various countries while being based at one of our German locations in Cologne, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Munich or Stuttgart.
• We deliver both international projects and initiatives for German administrations at federal, state and municipal levels, creating modern, secure systems for millions of people.
• The focus is on the digital transformation of the healthcare sector—from interoperable IT solutions to innovative digital health strategies.
• Designing, implementing and maintaining infrastructure and deployment pipelines for healthcare projects
• Collaborating with development, operations and security teams, as well as internal stakeholders and partners
• Ensuring scalability, reliability and security in complex system landscapes
• Using modern technologies such as containerization, orchestration and Infrastructure as Code
• Supporting data migrations while ensuring integrity, security and compliance

• At least 4 years of experience designing and automating CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, among others), as well as in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies; German and English language skills at C1 level
• In-depth understanding of networks, security and system administration, as well as experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or Ansible
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell) and monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
