• Design and implement unified logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenTelemetry
• Establish service level objectives, dashboards, and alerting frameworks for proactive incident response
• Create internal tools that help engineering teams instrument services, diagnose issues, and manage their monitoring needs
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive long-term remediation through root cause analysis and improved signal coverage
• Participate in on-call duty
• Contribute to reliable delivery pipelines and maintain reusable templates using GitLab CI, Flux, and Helm
• Integrate observability and delivery tooling with Kubernetes and cloud services
• Collaborate across teams to standardise instrumentation practices and observability standards
• Mentor colleagues

• 5+ Years in DevOps, Platform, or Build Engineering, specialising in large-scale CI/CD and developer workflow optimization
• Proven observability design experience
• Strong scripting skills with Bash, Python, or Golang
• Experience designing and operating production CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of modern build and packaging, including Docker, container optimisation, caching, and artifact management
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives, writing shared libraries, and establishing practices and standards
