• Build and manage Kubernetes clusters, deployments, and manifest automation with Helm/Kustomize;
• Configure networking components including CNI, Services, LoadBalancers, and Ingress controllers;
• Manage certificates, PKI, mTLS, and secure service communication;
• Build CI/CD pipelines for build, test, scanning, and deployment processes;
• Implement Infrastructure as Code for cluster and cloud resources;
• Integrate monitoring, security scanning, policy-as-code, and image signing into delivery workflows;
• Automate operational processes using Bash, Python, or Go;
• Ensure cluster reliability, scalability, node health, and SLO compliance;
• Troubleshoot traffic flows, routing, and network and security policies;
• Operate confidential workloads and maintain security, encryption, and compliance controls;
• Implement canary releases, rollback mechanisms, and resilience improvements;
• Build dashboards, alerts, incident response workflows, and self-healing automation;
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements.

• 4+ Years of experience as a DevOps Engineer;
• Advanced Kubernetes operations expertise, including cluster provisioning, scaling, node health, networking, and traffic management;
• Strong experience with Ingress solutions such as NGINX, Traefik, or Istio Gateway;
• Hands-on experience with certificate management, PKI, and mTLS using cert-manager, ACME, Istio, or Linkerd;
• Advanced skills in building secure CI/CD pipelines, including security scanning and image signing;
• Strong Infrastructure as Code background using Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane;
• Solid experience with observability platforms for logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting;
• Deep knowledge of runtime security, audit logging, and compliance automation;
• Proven experience in incident response, root-cause analysis, and reliability engineering;
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or Go;
• English at Intermediate+ level or above;
• German at Intermediate+ level or above;
• Nice to have: Confidential Computing, secure enclaves, attestation, self-healing mechanisms, automated rollback logic, identity and encryption policies across distributed microservices, drift detection, operational safety within IaC environments, highly regulated or public sector cloud projects.
