The Operations Team supports application development teams through automation, standardized CI/CD pipelines, and the configuration of shared operational platforms. It builds and operates scalable deployment and automation solutions using tools such as GitLab, Ansible, ArgoCD, Airflow, and Python.
задачи
Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and ArgoCD
Develop, adapt, and maintain reusable automation templates using Ansible
Support development teams in integrating deployment pipelines, workflows, and observability configurations
Assist in operating and improving scheduling and workflow automation platforms such as Airflow
Write and maintain Python scripts for automation, integrations, and operational tasks
Help drive standardization, security, and scalability in build and deployment workflows
Collaborate with central infrastructure teams on provisioning, upgrades, and shared platform services such as Grafana, Vault, and ELK
Document processes, configurations, and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Learn and apply modern DevOps tools and practices, sharing knowledge within the team
требования
Strong interest in DevOps and automation across the software delivery lifecycle
Hands-on experience or practical knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, ArgoCD, or similar tools
Basic Python experience for scripting or automation
Familiarity with Linux environments and application deployments
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
Proactive mindset, good communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude
