devops engineer in banking transformation

The role supports a major banking transformation programme with LTM's Digital Innovation Hub at CYENS Centre of Excellence.

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for build and release automation;
• Manage application deployments on Azure Kubernetes Service, including deployment strategies and release optimisation;
• Implement and run monitoring and observability using Datadog;
• Drive DevOps improvements and cost optimisation across pipeline efficiency, AKS resource usage and application runtime tuning;
• Build automation and tooling in Shell and Python.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline design and management;
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service;
• Experience with Azure Cloud;
• Demonstrable personal optimisation work involving pipeline speed, AKS scaling, cost reduction or monitoring improvements;
• Hands-on experience with Datadog, including metrics, dashboards and alerting;
• Strong Shell and Python scripting skills;
• EU citizenship or a valid Cyprus work permit;
• Applications focused only on cluster or VM setup without pipeline and AKS deployment work will not progress;
• Be ready to describe a specific optimisation delivered and its measurable impact;
• Nice to have: Terraform, Helm, Ansible, GitHub Actions, CKA or Azure Administrator certification.
