• Design and implement central CI/CD solutions;
• Integrate automation, Infrastructure as Code, and container and deployment components into templates;
• Integrate Security Checks and Quality Gates for early code, dependency, and policy checks;
• Implement governance and best-practice rules, including branch and tag logic, artifacts, and caching;
• Drive the development of DevOps, GitOps, and IaC approaches across the organization;
• Support users with questions, problems, and the optimal use of central pipeline templates.

• Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification;
• Several years of professional experience in a DevOps role, such as software development or DevOps engineering;
• Practical experience creating and using pipelines, preferably GitLab Pipelines;
• Solid application development knowledge in at least one common programming language: Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#;
• Practical experience with container and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes and OpenShift;
• German at C1 level and English for communication.
