• Collaborate in a multi-skilled DevOps team focused on automation pipelines, IaC templates, scripting, coding, container orchestration, and performance engineering;
• Promote DevOps principles and practices that support continuous improvement and faster innovation;
• Monitor technology market changes to help the organization stay ahead of industry trends;
• Take responsibility for the impact of technical decisions on projects and departmental practices;
• Prioritize tasks and projects based on their criticality;
• Support the definition and adoption of best practices and standards for effective governance;
• Contribute to Agile planning sessions using Kanban boards;
• Develop new product stacks and mature existing stacks and automation processes;
• Create and update documentation for new and existing products;
• Automate processes to improve efficiency, minimize human error, and reduce manual input;
• Identify and mitigate security risks when designing and implementing new products and services.

• At least 4 years of experience in a DevOps engineering role;
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality automation pipelines and infrastructure as code under pressure;
• Experience with CI/CD tools including GitLab, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps;
• Strong understanding of IaC techniques and tools including ARM, Terraform, and CloudFormation;
• Experience with Python, Go, JavaScript, or Shell for building reusable tools;
• Experience with private cloud, particularly VMware;
• Experience with Azure AKS, Amazon ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker;
• Windows or Linux administration skills with automation and scripting experience;
• Practical knowledge of system architectures, networking, and private cloud environments;
• Deep understanding of VMware technologies including vSphere, ESX, and NSX;
• Practical knowledge of SANs and LANs;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience with public cloud such as Azure and AWS, Azure DevOps Expert certification, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification, Docker Certified Associate certification.
