devops engineer for GenAI platforms

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available Azure-focused cloud infrastructure for GenAI-based platforms;
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML and conversational AI solutions;
• Automate provisioning, monitoring, scaling, and failover for cloud-native microservices;
• Ensure 24/7 operations practices, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and disaster recovery for production AI workloads;
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, backend developers, and security/compliance teams on end-to-end GenAI product delivery;
• Implement infrastructure as code, cost management, and cloud resource optimization practices;
• Integrate and manage data storage solutions and secure ETL/ELT pipelines;
• Support the integration of APIs, API gateways, and service mesh components for multi-channel chat and voice deployments;
• Contribute to privacy, GDPR, and compliance standards for secure and auditable handling of sensitive data;
• Mentor junior DevOps/Cloud Engineers and promote DevOps culture in the GenAI team.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 5+ Years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering, including Azure, AWS, or similar environments;
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Terraform;
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins, and automation scripting with Python, Bash, or similar;
• Experience managing secure, highly available, large-scale distributed systems in production with 24/7 operations;
• Deep understanding of cloud networking, API gateways, load balancing, and monitoring/logging stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK;
• Familiarity with Azure PostgreSQL, data lakes, data warehousing, and secure ETL/ELT pipelines;
• Solid experience with cloud security, GDPR compliance, RBAC, and auditability;
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and performance tuning skills;
• Polish and English proficiency at B2 level;
• Nice to have: AI/ML workloads, model deployment or MLOps, Apache Kafka, voice/chatbot infrastructure or Genesys/Contact Center integrations, German.
