задачи
- Design, build, and deliver high-quality application packages in line with SLAs for global use;
- Contribute to ongoing projects within Engineering, Base Workplace & Applications, and ITI;
- Act as a subject matter expert for specialist products in Application Services;
- Engineer and provide third-line support for the workplace;
- Initiate and lead engineering activities, including coordination with colleagues inside and outside the team;
- Translate requirements into proposed technical solutions for management;
- Produce high-standard design and operational documentation;
- Build and maintain relationships with support teams and managers;
- Create and comment on processes and policies within the governance framework;
- Participate in the DevOps team to complete tasks from the team backlog;
- Collaborate with other teams to determine requirements and achieve results.
требования
- 5 Years of experience;
- Expert knowledge of Application Packaging, Application Virtualisation, and related techniques, including MSI, MSIX, and APPV;
- Development and automation experience;
- Experience in complex, global environments;
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune;
- Knowledge of Windows OS and systems management techniques;
- Ability to design and build new functionality based on requirements;
- Awareness of the latest industry developments;
- Skills and aptitude for automation;
- Experience with application packaging tooling, including AdminStudio, InstallShield, and Orca;
- Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM infrastructure and functionality;
- Nice to have: Experience with Agile and Scrum, Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune infrastructure and functionality, programming and scripting, Visual Studio (C#), SQL, Power Automate.
