• Manage DevOps and Infrastructure teams;
• Improve and maintain the technical infrastructure supporting Smartcat development, deployment, and operations;
• Ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of staging and production environments;
• Define and enforce best SRE and DevOps practices;
• Enforce rigorous CI/CD testing and reviews to eliminate release errors;
• Maintain staging infrastructure with 99.9% uptime;
• Implement resilient systems, disaster recovery plans, and procedures for 99.99% product availability;
• Accelerate CI/CD pipelines and environments to decrease lead time;
• Build and manage a high-performing engineering team across regions and time zones;
• Strengthen the hiring process;
• Provide expert technical guidance, coaching, and career development for team members.

• 3 Years of experience leading a team in a fast-growing multinational IT business;
• 5 Years of experience in DevOps and SRE while maintaining high-RPS distributed products;
• Use a data-driven approach and justify decisions with concrete metrics;
• Build relationships with neighboring teams, initiate and follow agreements, and act as an interface between the team and its environment;
• Have strong hands-on DevOps experience in a leading role, including complex CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and various deployment strategies;
• Have experience implementing secure development environments;
• Have practical experience developing and maintaining large scalable cloud applications across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
