devops engineer for AI analytics products

• Architect and provision cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code from scratch;
• Design and build CI/CD pipelines;
• Set up and manage source-control repositories;
• Define branching and release-management strategies;
• Lead migrations between source-control platforms, such as GitHub to GitLab;
• Automate deployments in collaboration with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, and lead architects;
• Embed security and compliance into every environment;
• Use Python and scripting to remove manual effort across the engineering lifecycle;
• Set the technical standard for building and scaling platforms in Poland.

• Hands-on experience building and setting up infrastructure from scratch;
• Experience designing, developing, and building DevOps tooling and environments;
• Strong Python skills for automation, scripting, and tooling;
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code, such as Terraform;
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud design and architecture decisions;
• Strong expertise with Git, GitHub, and GitLab;
• Experience establishing branching strategies and release-management processes;
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines for containerised deployments to cloud and Kubernetes;
• Working knowledge of containerisation and orchestration;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or comparable practical experience;
• Fluency in English;
• Client-first mentality;

• Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach;
• Nice to have: exposure to healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical technology; Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
