📈 Strengthen reliability through monitoring and observability, helping teams detect and resolve issues early.

🔐 Apply security and compliance practices throughout infrastructure and delivery pipelines.

📚 Create clear documentation and maintainable, production-ready code.

🤝 Collaborate with developers, SREs, DataOps, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

What we are working on

Our team is building an Internal Development Platform that helps Aize teams get started and stay productive, with the freedom to create and manage the resources their services need.

An MVP is already used by most of our development teams, and we’re now making it easier to use, more flexible and more automated, with clearer documentation and plug-and-play components such as Terraform modules. As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll help develop and operate the platform while building your experience in cloud infrastructure, networking, security, observability, and DevSecOps practices.

Database knowledge, cloud security experience, Azure Networking, and experience contributing to internal platforms or developer tooling.

Tech Stack

Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, AKS, Terraform, Python, Bash, Linux, Grafana, Prometheus, Git, GitLab CI/CD, and GitOps.

Team

You’ll join a DevOps team distributed across the UK and Norway, consisting of a Software Development Manager, a Tech Lead, and DevOps Engineers with varying levels of experience. You’ll work closely with teammates across locations, contribute to team initiatives, share what you learn, and develop your skills in a supportive environment that values growth and collaboration.
