devops engineer cloud infrastructure

Ananas operates an online and mail order retail business. Its in-house built platforms and microservices form the Ananas ecosystem.

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS-based solutions;
• Automate daily tasks and help development teams maintain and optimize applications and microservices hosted on AWS;
• Improve software delivery configuration and automation efficiency;
• Manage build, test, release, and deployment cycles for software components and deliveries;
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with development teams;
• Implement efficient monitoring and alerting systems;
• Identify and collect metrics;
• Support core infrastructure for existing test and production environments;
• Participate in on-call rotation to help engineers debug and resolve production-related issues;
• Stay up to date with the latest DevOps and AWS technologies and incorporate learning into Ananas processes;
• Mentor younger colleagues and act as an ambassador of DevOps principles.

• 4+ Years of experience in DevOps, SRE, System Administration, or Development;
• Extensive experience with AWS and/or other cloud technologies, including Azure or GCP;
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and/or other container runtimes;
• Experience with Terraform and/or other IaC frameworks;
• Strong background in Linux and proficiency in networking;
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as GitHhub Actions or ArgoCD;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: solid programming skills in Python, Java, Go, Node.js, or similar; experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
