devops engineer AI solutions

T Hub is an innovation initiative within T-Mobile Polska that develops modern AI, cloud, and automation solutions for international projects across Deutsche Telekom Group.

• Develop and operate complex AI solutions, including chatbots, service bots, and LLM-based applications;
• Build on-premise and cloud RAG solutions using Kubernetes, Ansible, and Docker;
• Collaborate with international teams, mainly working remotely;
• Use MS Teams for daily communication;
• Contribute to ongoing AI and automation projects.

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar field;
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Ansible, and Docker;
• Experience with CI/CD, including Jenkins and ArgoCD;
• Experience with monitoring tools, including Grafana, Prometheus, and Langsmith;
• Experience with GitOps;
• Software engineering background with Python, Java, or similar;
• Experience with at least one cloud platform, such as Azure;
• High independence and strong communication skills;
• English at C1 level;
• Nice to have: experience in AI development with RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or MCP; experience in web development with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, or Vue.
