DevOps Engineer

NetU Group delivers mission-critical IT solutions for large organizations across sectors including law enforcement and justice, asylum and migration, social security, land and town planning, financial services, insurance, and telecommunications in Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Croatia, and other regions.

• Optimize the software development lifecycle from deploying product updates to identifying production issues;
• Implement integrations;
• Maintain and update software;
• Create, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments;
• Write clear CI/CD workflow documentation;
• Troubleshoot build and deployment failures;
• Work independently and as a member of a project team;
• Stay updated with DevOps and CI/CD trends.

• University or College degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• Strong experience with Git and branching strategies, including Git Flow and trunk-based development;
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes;
• Hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimizing Docker containers;
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, Groovy for Jenkins, or PowerShell;
• Experience writing scripts to automate builds, tests, and deployments;
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude;
• Attention to detail, methodical and diligent approach;
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack for monitoring CI/CD processes, experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Helm, experience integrating observability into CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with Azure or on-prem CI/CD solutions, experience with cloud-native tools such as Azure DevOps, ability to define and manage infrastructure using IaC principles.
