DevOps Engineer

Acba Bank OJSC operates in the finance, banking, and insurance industry.

• Design and implement DevOps infrastructure projects;
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and Jenkins;
• Integrate automated testing, code quality tools such as SonarQube, and deployment workflows;
• Configure, manage, and monitor development, testing, and production environments;
• Ensure infrastructure stability and scalability on Kubernetes and on-premise platforms;
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and other relevant technologies;
• Ensure high availability and performance of the DevOps landscape;
• Streamline integration processes with external partners;
• Configure, manage, and maintain load balancing solutions using F5 Big-IP or other load balancers;
• Keep up to date with modern technologies and trends and advocate for their inclusion in products and processes when appropriate;
• Implement industry best practices;
• Set up and manage monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack;
• Analyze metrics and logs to ensure system health and proactively address issues;
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell;
• Work closely with developers to containerize applications and optimize deployments;
• Support teams in integrating tools and workflows across the DevOps lifecycle;
• Address technical debt;
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure, CI/CD, and production issues quickly and effectively;
• Integrate tools for cohesiveness and easy traceability;
• Maintain robust and easy-to-use product installers and service tools.

• Hold a BSc in Computer Science or a related field;
• Have 3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer;
• Have strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell;
• Have experience with web services including Apache, IIS, and Nginx;
• Have good knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration;
• Have strong knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting;
• Have experience implementing high availability and disaster recovery strategies;
• Have a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges;
• Have strong experience with containers and Docker;
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Have a deep understanding of DevOps methodologies, principles, and tools;
• Nice to have: CKA certification.
